Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Nebula Ride Tracker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App provides fleet-oriented GPS tracking so authorised drivers can share live / recent location with other registered fleet members. It is a coordination tool, not a substitute for safe driving, navigation instructions, or emergency services.

• You must be legally allowed to drive / operate the registered vehicle where required by law
• You must provide accurate vehicle and contact details
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account and phone secure
• You may only track vehicles and share location for which you have permission

When tracking is ON, the App may collect precise location in the background. You must obtain any consent required from vehicle owners, employers, or passengers before enabling tracking. Do not use the App to secretly track people without lawful authority.

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive use
• No attempting to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• No impersonating another driver or registering false vehicle numbers
• No using the App while it would violate traffic or workplace safety rules

The App and location data are provided “as is”. GPS accuracy, internet, battery, and device limits can cause delays or gaps. Bihari Developer is not liable for missed pickups, navigation mistakes, accidents, or decisions made using map data. Always drive safely and follow local law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; the Last Updated date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
